Meet Lucie

Lucie is a certified nutrition coach and culinary wellness consultant who has cooked her way to better health. After being diagnosed with Coeliac disease and healing her gut, skin, and energy through anti-inflammatory eating, she turned years of kitchen experimentation into these guides.

She trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and studied the Anti-Inflammatory Diet at the University of Arizona. These aren't just recipes — they're the meals she eats every day, designed to be as enjoyable to cook as they are beneficial to eat.
